Brad Hoffman
With over 35 years of experience in live events and owner of Live Wire Media & Events, Brad Hoffman has built a career creating, producing, and managing successful large-scale productions. His expertise spans trade shows, public festivals, and lifestyle events, backed by deep institutional knowledge and hands-on execution. Brad has a proven track record of delivering engaging experiences that attract thousands of participants and spectators while driving measurable value for sponsors and partners.
Notable achievements include developing the RAD Show (1993‒2000), creating and producing the OC Car & Truck Show (1999‒2018), event partner for NBC’s Dew Tour (2011‒2014), producing Ocean City Jeep Fest (2012‒present), launching the Jellyfish Festival (2019‒2023), and co-creating
Virginia Beach Jeep Fest (2021‒present).

James White
James White is the owner of Opus Marketing, LLC, a consumer-electronics marketing firm he founded in 2005 specializing in vehicle entertainment, safety, and convenience. With deep expertise in e-commerce and internet marketplaces, James has worked across all facets of sales and marketing in the 12-volt electronics industry. He played key roles on U.S. launch teams that introduced in-car navigation, remote starters, and satellite radio define today’s automotive aftermarket. Looking ahead, James places environmental responsibility at the center of Opus Marketing’s strategy, aligning consumer purchasing behavior with sustainability initiatives and ensuring those commitments are clearly communicated.

Garvey Heiderman
Garvey Heiderman is a community leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for sustainability. After graduating from Worcester Preparatory School in 2005 and earning his degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Garvey returned home to carry on a family legacy. Since 2014, he has independently operated The Hobbit Restaurant, the award-winning fine dining institution founded in 1977. He launched a composting pilot program through his restaurant. What began as a small initiative has since grown into a for-profit composting business diverting food waste from over 20 Ocean City businesses. Today, Garvey continues to champion environmental progress, serving as an active voice in county- and state-level sustainability networks.

Brianna Heiderman
Brianna Heiderman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Counseling and was the captain of the school’s Division I Swim Team at Drexel. After college, she quickly immersed herself in the tight-knit community in Ocean City and made it her home. Brianna serves on committees for The Town of Ocean City and the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, including the Board of Directors. Alongside her real estate career, she is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability, striving to be a positive voice for her community and helping others live healthier, happier lives.

Josh Chamberlain
Josh Chamberlain is a bold thinker whose career sits at the intersection of creativity and impact. A seasoned filmmaker and marketing strategist, Josh has worked on blockbuster films with budgets exceeding $100 million and now applies that same storytelling power to businesses, tourism, and nonprofits. As the founder of Go Green OC, he leads one of the largest composting programs on the Eastern Shore, positioning Ocean City to become the nation’s first zero-waste resort town. Known for transforming big ideas into movements, Josh blends Hollywood experience, innovative strategy, and a deep commitment to sustainability to inspire change and create lasting community impact.

Spencer Tober
Spencer Tober developed an early appreciation for nature, conservation, and community, a foundation that continues to shape his work today. An Eagle Scout and lifelong storyteller, Spencer pairs his passion for film with a commitment to connecting, educating, and inspiring through
media. With a degree in film, Spencer has built a career spanning global media and local impact. He has contributed to internationally recognized projects with National Geographic’s media team and supported community-focused initiatives, namely Creative Edge Collaborative. Skilled both behind and in front of the camera, and backed by a wide network of collaborators, Spencer brings creative vision, technical expertise, and resource-conscious production strategies to every project.
